Qualifications (education, experience, personal attributes):

• Sales background required

• Previous B2B phone sales experience preferred but not required

• Ability to develop and nurture long lasting relationships

• Must be self-motivated and driven

• Have strong work ethic

• Longevity in previous jobs required

• Travel occasionally to territory

• Team player

• Competitive, flexible and resilient by nature

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Someone who is highly motivated & who is money driven (not just comfortable with commission base)

• Degree not required as this is more personality & proven track record

Job Duties

• Making outbound calls daily to grow current business and prospect for new business

• Taking inbound calls from current customers; reactivating customers, checking order status, providing quotes on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) supplies i.e. gloves, hard hats, vests.

• Answering daily emails

• Entering orders

• Tracking orders

• Weekly Pay of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour plus commission after temp-hire conversion
