Sales Manager, Energy Storage Solutions

This position entails overseeing the sales and management of Energy Storage Solutions offerings for a prominent company in the industry.
Responsibilities:
· Achieving or surpassing sales and order targets and implementing necessary recovery plans.
· Leading the development and execution of strategies to secure opportunities by understanding customer needs, competitive landscape, and the company's value proposition.
· Effectively communicating and influencing the organization to submit responsive proposals and participate in successful contract negotiations.
· Maintaining up-to-date information in CRM and Pipeline Management tools for accurate sales forecasting.
· Resolving outstanding delivery and Account Receivable issues.
Key Account Management responsibilities:
· Establishing strategies with the account team to enhance sales, penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
· Developing strong relationships across customer organizations, including senior executives, to promote preference for the company and negotiate contracts successfully.
· Identifying new products and services needed for market leadership.
· Mobilizing the account team to address significant product or service issues to the customer's satisfaction and benefit.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in the energy industry.
· 5+ years of prior Sales and Marketing experience in the energy sector is preferred.
· Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and possess a driver's license.
· Travel requirement: 50% or more.
Required Skills:
· Ability to establish and nurture relationships with primary and executive-level contacts, both externally and internally.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, demonstrating integrity and creativity.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Pipeline Management tools like Salesforce or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA or equivalent experienc\e.
· 5+ years of experience in power generation, transmission and distribution, or renewable energy in the utility and developer energy markets.
· Proven track record of account management and sales success relative to goals and objectives.
· Ability to thrive in a global work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
