Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative (SRC) to our rapidly growing Pest and Wildlife Removal company. We are a laid-back company, run by two brothers and their wives that have aspirations to disrupt BIG corporate pest control and bring back Customer Service values as well as knowledge based pest control to Clients. While we are highly motivated, don't worry it's not all work around here. Need a day off, just give us a heads up, we are very flexible and understand people need family time. That is why we always invite everyone's family to our epic yearly Halloween bowling party and our annual Christmas parties. The more the merrier!!!

Your day would start off by working on site in our Livonia office. Upon your arrival you will log into your computer, adjust your headset, grab a cup of coffee and start to field calls. There! Now you're ready for the day! Calls will start flowing in, but don't stress, you have a knowledgeable Team with a ton of experience around you to help manage call flow and ensure outstanding customer service is delivered.

Responsibilities:

- Professionally and accurately respond to Inbound calls from new and existing Customers.

- Place Outbound Customer Sales Calls.

- Close new leads at a High Percentage rate.

- Proficient in CRM Scheduling Software. Enter, update and maintain Customer information on new and existing Customers leads, prospects, and opportunities. Including email and SMS messaging.

- Schedule Inspections and confirm scheduling.

- Contact Center hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-10:00 pm. Saturday 8:00 am-10:00 pm. Sunday 8:00 am-8:00 pm.

- Help take over the Pest Control World!

Requirements:

- Sales Driven

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to Overcome Objections

Compensation:

- Based on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
