Caremark Healthcare is looking for multiple marketing/community relations professionals with an energetic, positive, and outgoing personality. Must be a self-starter, organized, committed, experienced and passionate about Hospice and Palliative Care.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with costumers and referral sources.
• Participates in the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan.
• Organizes and provides education to the community, referral sources and facilities.
• Demonstrates dependability by adhering to time frames, punctuality and attendance policies.
• Responding to customer requests and concerns
• Developing connections with key referral managers of contracted insurance companies.
• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Complies with hospice policies and procedures, laws and regulations, standards of practice, and established work rules.
• Participates in weekly update meetings with Executive Director and biweekly IDG meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (preferred)
• Background in Healthcare, Marketing or Public Relations
• Minimum 1 years of Marketing or Healthcare experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurance guidelines a plus
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
• Valid California Driver's License
• Current auto insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
