Responsibilities Overview - Design Consultant / Sales Associate
● Greet customers and efficiently qualify each for the sale
● Utilize excellent closing skills
● Maintain working knowledge of merchandise as provided in training
● Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements - Design Consultant / Sales Associate
● Motivated by sales and competitive commission pay
● Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Customer service or retail experience
● Oral and written communications skills are required
● Rotating retail schedule includes some nights and week-ends
