Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us generate new business and grow our client base. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads to drive sales growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will be responsible for generating interest and demand for our services.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

• Reach out to potential clients through email, phone, and social media.

• Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives.

• Build relationships with potential clients and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition from lead to close.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead and appointment goals.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably in the technology industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships and influence others.

• Ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritize effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
