Full description of the position

Duties:

- Assist with Parts Department operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of parts orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with automotive repair technicians and service advisors to identify and source the necessary parts for repairs.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and their applications in various automotive repair scenarios.
- Utilize an order management system to track inventory levels, place orders, and manage backorders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and organization of parts inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to parts orders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in auto body repair techniques.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using an inventory management system is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, technicians, and other team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Knowledge of equipment repair is a plus.

Pay: $37,222.26 - $44,826.81 per year
