We do support over +100 different property management brands throughout the United States. Our virtual team members work exclusively to supercharge guest services, reservations, marketing, bookkeeping, IT support, and other core business functions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Solicit potential customers
  • Maintain client activities in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Contact potential clients via phone and email
  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers in need of staffing
  • Work with other sales executives to close deals
  • Attend multiple conferences throughout the year
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for Extenteam's staffing services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the company's goals and targets are met


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • At least 3 years experience in the Property Management industry or sales experience as a vendor
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of hitting sales related KPIs and quotas
  • B2B sales experience is required
  • Goal oriented mind-set
  • Deep understanding of the vacation rental industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience using and implementing CRM tools
  • Analytical thinking ability to make evidence based decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment)
