Position Purpose: To ensure friendly and knowledgeable service support for customers and prospects
Reports To: Sales and Customer Service Manager
Tasks:
Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
- Remains readily available to customers, develops a genuine understanding of their needs and assists them properly.
- Answer telephones, relay messages, and route calls to appropriate team member.
- Use routing software to schedule start-up and recurring services.
- Maintain accurate records of important customer comments and interactions.
- Make calls to customers to check satisfaction.
- Answer basic questions from customers and prospects about company services.
- Develops standard customer proposals and close a sale over the phone and/or pass the sale to the appropriate salesperson.
- Sell company services to in-bound callers when needed.
- Make calls to customers to collect past due amounts.
- Manage the on-hold customers as directed.
- Processing payments.
- Post production of services to customer accounts.
- Prepare customer mailings and perform other administrative tasks.
- Willingly help others to complete tasks.

Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience - Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
