Full description of the position

The Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Allied’s marketing and sales efforts. This includes developing, planning, implementing, executing, and managing all targeted marketing campaigns and digital marketing channels, such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the sales team, and tracking and analyzing sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
• Plan and manage all digital marketing channels.
• Develop and Manage the sales team and ensure that they are meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Track and analyze sales and digital marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Work with other departments to ensure that marketing and sales efforts are coordinated.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and practices.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing a sales team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
