We are looking for the BEST of the BEST talent who will strive to provide the highest level of service for our customers and contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration and excellence among our team.

We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team! This team member must be self-motivated, have a drive for success and experience with managing multiple projects at once. You will be the front line representation for an award-winning home building company with a strong reputation for quality construction and treating customers the right way. We are the best at what we do -- we work hard, enjoy our work and treat people right. We expect the future team member in this position to match all of these requirements in order to represent the company properly.

This is a Salary + Performance Incentive Position. You must be willing to work nights & weekends. Please do not apply if you are not able to work evenings and Saturdays.

We are looking for a team member with a proven track record of doing the right thing, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn our process to best help customers and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and team collaboration.

You must be a self-motivated person who wants to learn the detail of how we build our homes in order to educate your customers. You must also have the willingness to put in the time with your customer to ensure that they are making the right decisions when designing their home, pricing options and preparing their lot as they move through the process. This position requires managing multiple customers at once, and the ideal candidate will be able to provide examples on their project management experience. You will be holding meetings one-on-one with customers and must be able to effectively communicate with our customers to help them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities:

· Listen and guide customers to find the right home for their needs and budget

· Manage multiple customers, designs and pricing requests at once

· Design a custom home for customers

· Educate Customers on our building standards

· Help customers prioritize their wish list to create a great value for the customers

· Submit design and pricing requests

· Collaborate across departments to make sure deadlines are being hit

· Communicate with outside lenders, realtors, developers and other agencies to assist customer with overall process

· Search for available properties for customers needing land

· Work in sales center daily during business hours and hold meetings with customers daily

· Educate the local area about the company

· Keep sales centers in top presentation appearance

· Commit to a growth mindset in training and construction standards

· Plan outreach events and occasionally attend off-site events

Qualifications:

· Familiarity with home building or a desire to learn about home building

· Proven experience managing multiple tasks or project simultaneously

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work and collaborate with people well

· High level of organization and efficiency

· Ability to self-start and problem solve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
