Sales Person for Jewelry
Repair and Retail

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs while demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Retail and Estate jewelry and watch repair

* Maintain active, accurate, neat and organized client profiles, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all repairs, special orders and custom projects

* Appropriately enter all customer information and product information into the Edge POS System

* Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and outreach

* Provide daily product maintenance, including store merchandising, inventory, polishing of jewelry, and showcase cleaning

* Flexible with working weekends, holidays, and store hours

* Able to perform gold testing and gold buying

Qualifications:

* Five years minimum experience in estate, custom and new jewelry

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Accuracy attention to detail

* Consistently maintain upbeat energy and pace on the sales floor; be friendly

* Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention

* Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work with various types of customers

* Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential within repairs, special orders, and custom projects

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• jewelry sales: 4 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 4 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
