We are Jaeckle Distributors, a Wisconsin based business to business flooring and surfacing Distribution Company and we have a rare opening for a Territory Sales and Service Representative. This position specializes in flooring and tile products and will be based in St Louis, MO, and surrounding area.

HOW do I add value to the company?
- Work to develop and increase sales with a manageable number of accounts.
- Assemble and maintain displays as a selling tool at accounts.
- Maintain the samples within each a display to ensure current product lines are displayed.
- Address customer account needs related to sales, support and fulfillment including product delivery if necessary.
- Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM system
- Support upcoming product launches and initiatives through sample prep and packaging in warehouse locations.
WHAT do I need to be a success?
- Results-Oriented Self-Starter. Strong individual contributor capable of working independently and achieving results with minimal daily management. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong Communicator. Clearly articulate the needs of the customer with internal partners and determine the best possible course of action that supports Jaeckle Distributors and customer success. Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- An Associate degree or better.
- 1-2+ years in a client facing sales and/or service support role.
- Ability to manage customer relationship effectively; experience delivering consistent service to internal and external customers.
- Territory travels as required and there will be overnight travel with an average of 2 – 3 nights a month. Expenses covered by company.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year plus the potential for future commissions.
