As a sales representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, educating customers on our program, generating leads, discussing vehicle options, and effective communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed, 1-2 years of prior experience in automotive sales and customer service, and an outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships. Additionally, the candidate should possess proficient computer, phone, and social media skills, the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through, and a valid U.S. Driver's license.
