Job Responsibilities:

• Process and enter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the order management system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
• Assist with managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any order-related questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with various internal departments, including production, shipping, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking order status, inventory levels, and customer data.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and assisting with sales presentations.
• Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
