Job Responsibilities:
- Process and enter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the order management system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
- Assist with managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any order-related questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, including production, shipping, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking order status, inventory levels, and customer data.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and assisting with sales presentations.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
