Construction Salesperson

Construction Salesperson Essential Functions

Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

Presents and sells company services and products (namely gutters, roofing, siding, windows and decking) to potential customers.

Recommend products, materials and services based on customers’ needs and interests.

Capable of identifying prospective customers and consistently follow up on leads from existing as well as potential customers.

Maintains current product knowledge by participating in dynamic sales program provided by the company.

Participates in marketing events such as trade show

Construction Salesperson Qualifications Required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong negotiating skills

Valid driver license and good driving record

Construction Salesperson Benefits:

Competitive Base Wage - Salary during the training then 100% commission ranging from $55,000 to $180,000 per year.
