Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Salary: $650 training pay for the first 3 weeks, followed by 10% commission on all sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential clients within the assigned sales territory to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person meetings to build relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate our exterior cleaning services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value we provide.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to cold call and generate leads from scratch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales activities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
