Bullfrog Corner is looking for a full-time sales associate to join our team in our Southport, NC location. We are a family owned business that takes pride in providing the highest quality of service and products available in the industry.

Sales Associate Job Description:

• Greet customers as they enter and exit our store.
• Build strong relationships with customers through positive and helpful communication.
• Encourage customers to make purchases and answer any questions through knowledgeable sales staff.
• Assist customers with their orders, processing payments, and ensure all items are correctly displayed.
• Assist with the placement of items on sale, over-the-counter, and in store displays.
• Complete daily cashier duties accurately while following company policies and procedures.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management to ensure proper merchandising, inventory, and operation of the store.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers about products services and provide accurate information about availability.
• Must possess an active listening ear, strong problem-solving skills, and be able to act independently within the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Must have a great attitude and be able to work with a team to achieve common goals.
