The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible and accountable for the leadership and oversight of the sales team, DWN ‘s marketing program, and support of the sales strategy. A successful candidate should display exceptional leadership skills, proficiency in motivation, and maintaining relationships. In-depth knowledge of the market and our competitors must be developed to support corporate strategy and marketing directives. Motivating, holding accountable, and mentoring team members are necessary skills in a successful candidate. Excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Strategy:
· Provide exceptional leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and high performance.
· Develop in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors to support corporate strategy and marketing directives.
· Motivate, hold accountable, and support team members to ensure their success.
· Key support role in Development and implementation of sales plans and strategies to diversify product offerings and expansion into new markets.
· Resolve customer issues and problems promptly and effectively.
· Recruit and mentor new team members to build a strong sales team.
· Contribute to territory alignment to ensure optimum representation of our company.
Sales Support and Operations:
· Oversee the daily activities of the sales support staff.
· Keep the sales team informed about product availability and program focus.
· Act as a liaison between sales representatives, finance, and logistics departments.
· Implement and utilize CRM systems and sales support tools to optimize sales performance.
· Analyze sales status reports to monitor progress towards sales goals.
· Manage the sales process, including contract initiation, signing, deposit collection, and cancellations.
Marketing Insights and Analysis:
· Provide insights and analysis on market trends across all markets served by our company.
· Lead the formation and support of our corporate marketing strategy.
· Collaborate with our marketing partner to develop and implement programs that enhance our brand.
· Monitor adherence to the marketing budget.
Executive Responsibilities:
· Act as an active member of the leadership team, contributing to corporate directives and goals.
· Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Play a key role in forecasting customer and industry needs, identifying opportunities for growth.
· Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry trends to inform strategy development.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of sales supervision experience preferred.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales support tools.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze sales status reports and utilize the findings to drive performance.
· Proven track record of successfully leading sales programs.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
