The Role
The Sales Planner is a strategic partner who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights to propel HOKA to the next level. A strong candidate for this role is analytical and detail-oriented with an innate sense of curiosity.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- 1. Create & own the sales forecasting process, from forecast tool creation for each sales rep to compilation and analysis of each sales forecast round.
- 2. Drive the long-term sales planning process through partnership with Sales Management, Merchandising, Demand Planning, and Product teams.
- 3. Manage & analyze sell-through reporting data by developing dashboards summarizing retailer KPIs as well as providing ad hoc insights on sell-through performance
- 4. Present insights incorporating marketplace, trend, and retailer knowledge, end-of-season reviews, and sell-through data to contextualize performance & inform future season planning.

We’d love to hear from people with
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent level of experience
- 3+ years of experience within retailing, fields of planning, or category management preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Tableau experience preferred
- Experience with multi-functional organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$75,000 - $80,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
