JOB DESCRIPTION

A sales associate at Condor should have an inherent flair for fashion and present an inviting disposition. One needs to be pleasant, engaging, and perceptive to the demands of our shoppers; have a passion for our brand, and a great sense of style to assist our shoppers in celebrating special occasions or outfitting their youngsters for the new season. One should understand their preference, enabling our shoppers to combine our products with the best-suited style and color. In addition, one must understand our shop's unique style while successfully indulging our clients. You must also be assertive and maintain a positive work environment. Managing our store website and ensuring that web orders are processed speedily is vital to our business. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus in managing the accounts and creating content.

Duties and key responsibilities:

• Full-time employment, 5.5 days a week (including Sundays and some Holidays.)
• Ability to perform in a team setting or individually, independent of direct supervision.
• Polite response to customer inquiries
• A respectful and friendly demeanor regardless if the customer is right or wrong.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude setting a stellar customer service experience, which is key to sales growth
• Execute the day-to-day operations and obligations.
• Be acquainted with our collection and manage stock.
• Receiving and unpacking orders with accuracy.
• Well-organized, focused, and steady attention to detail.
• Keep the store orderly; uphold the impressive standards of our boutique.
• Visual merchandising to reflect a model image of our boutique.
• Process web order
• Being able to multitask as it is a binding nature of the business.
• Be alert to new trends and report customer inquiries.
• Being punctual and reliable is paramount.
• Other duties as assigned.
