The Drake Applications Engineer is responsible for loading the brains of the machine, debugging, developing grinding process and training the customer on operation.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities

• 2- or 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics and general GD&T.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate the technology to both business and technical users.
• Travel world-wide to perform install of Drake machines, training, and technical assistance.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
• Perform technical/product training for sales people, estimators, and engineers at targeted accounts.
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.85 per hour
