Visual Dynamics is the Apple Premier Partner and Authorized Apple repair center for the Brevard County area, offering retail sales of Apple products along with warranty and out of warranty service.

Join our team of Apple advocates as an Apple Sales Expert. The position is at our location in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida.

Your main job is to excite and enlighten customers about Apple products and help them find the perfect product for their needs. You'll be meeting, greeting, discussing, qualifying, setting up and configuring their product and completing the transaction from start to finish. You'll also be educating customers about the Apple ecosystem including Macs, iPads and technologies like iCloud, and many other amazing Apple products and solutions.

Additionally, there will be opportunities from time to time to perform iOS Repairs where you will take a trained, hands-on approach to repairing customer devices. iOS Technician training is provided and you must be comfortable working with small electroics and have razor sharp attention to detail.

Many customers need technical assistance and repairs so you'll also be performing diagnostics, tech support and checking customers in and out of service.

The job varies daily - if you can multi-task, this job is for you! Pay is hourly and you must meet the following requirements: Retail Experience is a MUST, Good Apple product knowledge, great researcher.

• We are open 6 days a week. We are closed Sunday and you will have a day off during the week. Saturday hours are required but it's a short day 10a-4p
• You must have Macintosh computer experience and be a strong Apple advocate
• You will receive an assessment. Incomplete assessments are automatically declined!

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
