Description of Role:

Mesocore, a modular home manufacturer, is looking for an energetic individual to join our team.

A Multi-purpose position for a licensed general contractor who has had construction management experience with sub-contractors and an ability to communicate well with potential customers and follow up with leads to sell our Modular homes. Leads will be generated with our CRM software. Will earn sales commissions.

A willingness to learn the Mesocore computer aided design(CAD) program to aid in the sales and then permitting process.

Mesocore Solar homes offers an affordable, permanent, “hybrid” housing solution that is mass produced, in our West Palm Beach facility, to the highest quality standards in a factory, can be delivered in a single shipment anywhere on earth and completed on site in less than a month.

Ideal Requirements:

Florida General Contractor License.

High school degree with post-high school on the job or vocational training in manufacturing, construction, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical trades

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with other team members

Able to read and understand engineering and/or architectural drawings.

Ability to read detailed building drawings.

AutoCAD, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Florida General Contractor License (Preferred)
