Amy Winkelman and Associates - American Family Ins is looking for a Full-time Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. Salary: $36,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from cold calling, warm leads, and lead databases.
• Make outbound calls to cold call prospects and follow up on previously requoted.
• Greet new business prospect walk-ins
• Network in the community to generate leads
• Ask leading questions to find out the client's needs while developing rapport.
• Presents and educate clients on insurance portfolio options based on client needs and personal goals.
• Maintains phone time and sales quotas as determined by management.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and client lists.

Requirements

• Must have a Wisconsin Property and Casualty License.
• Previous insurance is a bonus. A P&C license is not needed to apply
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in overall sales. Farming background preferred.
• 1+ years with phone work (cold calling, telemarketing, collections, outbound sales)
• Experience with “Teams” (main communication hub); the APEX system is a bonus
• Proficient with Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software
• Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
• Persuasive, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
