The Opportunity:

Empire Sales Group is a leading sales and marketing company specializing in business-to-business (B2B) sales solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business to Business Sales Representative to join our team in Brandon, Florida. In this role, you will be representing our valued client, Frontier Communications, and will be responsible for selling their suite of products and services to businesses in the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential customers in the assigned territory by setting up face to face meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate Frontier Communications' products and services to key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position Frontier Communications' offerings in the market.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer facing roles would be considered an asset but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

You will receive:

  • $500 of base pay per week with weekly bonuses and commissions. You will receive $500 or greater of commissions earned each week.
