Looking for a Hot Tub Sales Consultant in our stores to hot tubs, hot tub accessories, hot tub supplies, occaisionally pool supplies and parts. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages

• Meet Sales Goals as set forth by company
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow a proven sales path to maximize opportunities
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively through text, phone, video, email and social media
• Lead follow up and management in our Customer Retention Management system
• Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Understand and communicate information regarding company products and services to new and existing customers
• Has the ability to learn and maintain thorough product knowledge
• Write and communicate contract terms and sales agreements with accuracy and integrity
• Ensure that all required paperwork and electronic updates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Able to process customer finance options and handle large cash transactions
• Able to work weekdays, weekends and Holidays

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous direct retail sales experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store
• Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
• Ability to regularly push, pull and lift more than 50 pounds
• Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders and other assigned supplies

Benefits

• $32,000 - $70,000 Commission/month (base salary included)
