The Demarco Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Licensed Insurance P&C Account Manager for our Brokerage Clients in the City of Alpharetta Georgia

*Insurance Account Manager/SR AM or AE Commercial Lines P&C Licensed:

Account Manager is responsible for supporting the production team and offering high level client servicing both to the client and internally. 3-12 YEARS PRIOR INSURANCE EXPERIENCE from an INSURANCE AGENCY REQUIRED! THIS IS A BUSY DESK, AND ONLY COMMERCIAL LINES INSURANCE PROFESSIONALS NEED TO APPLY. CONSTRUCTION PREFERRED, BUT NOT MANDATORY.

Need to be very detailed, strong with MS Office and in house software system. Responsible for the the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch.This is a fast paced environment, need to be able to offer excellent client servicing and be skilled in Commercial Lines coverage's on accounts above 100K in Premium to middle market.

Main functions:You will be managing a book of business, and will want you to foster relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care and service. You will take a leadership role on processing renewals and ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality and timely manner. Timing is important. Problem solver, and work with our Markets to build their trust and future relationships. Upselling coverage's on renewals.Executes on best practices, processes, leveraging existing systems and shared services.

Consistently adheres to service timelines and professional standards.

Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience --OR-- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience Producer's license - California State P&C License

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
