Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, providing exceptional customer service and personalized engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective retail branding strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Execute donor acquisition strategies, including prospecting, networking, and attending relevant events to expand our donor base.
• Drive successful fundraising initiatives by creating compelling campaigns, communicating impact, and securing donations.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage donors, stakeholders, and team members in collaborative efforts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and sales initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or related roles is preferred but not needed.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for building and nurturing donor relationships.
• Knowledge of retail branding principles and experience implementing effective brand strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Pay: $650.00 - $990.00 per week
