Marysville Anderson Insurance is a local established Insurance Brokerage, is seeking a dependable, self starter to join our team. Preferably a licensed agent with some experience or will train the right person. We offer opportunity for growth, excellent pay, no outside sales, nights, weekends or holidays. We are looking to add a full-time, Personal/Commercial Lines Insurance CSR. This is an in-person, hourly + commission position.

We believe in investing in our agents and helping them to achieve a career in insurance. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company and encourage you to do so.

This is a very busy office and requires a dedicated, driven, goal-oriented personality. You must be detail-oriented and do what's best for the customer.

· Proven working experience in customer service in an office setting

· Must have incredible phone etiquette

· Have strong people skills

· You must know Windows-based computers, Outlook, FSC, PL Raters, Carrier Raters, Etc.

· Proven ability to work with goals

· Must have a positive attitude and always put the customer first

Qualifications and Skills

· Must have graduated High School and have strong grammar skills

· Must have at least 2 years of prior customer service experience.

· Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred)
