WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to serve the community.
• Track record of success and achievement in sales
• A presentable vehicle and valid driver's license
• A smartphone and basic technology skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse customer basis to make their home improvement goals a reality
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting with homeowners, assessing and providing solutions to their needs
• Develop goals and work hard to achieve them on a weekly/monthly basis
• Ongoing training

We believe our Estimators/Sales Representatives should spend their time selling and will work with you to enhance your sales skills. Our lead generation systems are designed to bring in quality and qualified appointments. We are offering a true six figure opportunity to dedicated workers and strong closers!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
