We are looking for you, a local Contractor or Sales expert in Plumbing & Electrical to join our Team!

Imagine being an organized dynamic expert, helping our community in their hour of need or home project. Sharing your professional knowledge with our customers. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships and be a proven customer service expert. You must posses a strong knowledge of the hardware industry, specializing in plumbing and electrical. Highly driven, results oriented while delivering outstanding customer service. You will have reasonable retail hours that are a nice change from big box retail.

Your responsibilities as a Plumbing & Hardware Expert:

• To build and grow strong relationships, advising contractors/homeowners regarding plumbing needs
• Actively demonstrating product knowledge in plumbing, including, fixing a leaky faucet/toilet, installing taps/garbage compactor and much more!
• Recommending various equipment and tools to assist the customer
• Ordering product, stocking shelves, neatly and safely display products
• Ensuring customers are made aware of discounts and promotions

• Strong professional customer service skills in dealing with a myriad of different customers. Building strong relationships for the future
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and related products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to learn multiple computer systems and different company requirements
• Work well in high-pressure situations and to “think on your feet.”
• Demonstrate top-notch organizational and problem solving skills?
• Able to lift 50-80 LBS
