The position is Full-Time with an Hourly Range between $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience, plus Full-Benefits after 30 days. Description of the CSR/Sales Assistant Position:
Provide top notch service for maximum customer retention and new customer acquisition by:
- Fostering existing accounts as well as develop new business by leveraging company assets to provide excellent service.
- Daily communication with our China team regarding new product sourcing and production management.
- Managing order process by sending order confirmations, layouts and pre-pro samples.
- Quoting custom and stock items promptly and accurately.
- Specialty product and process knowledge is helpful.
- Field in-bound sales calls as well as make outbound calls.
- Sales Administrative Duties, as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Required Skills:
- Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.
- Administrative Assistant skills.
- Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in High Level B2B Customer Service
- Background and knowledge of the Promotional Products Industry.
