Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, be highly organized, have strong oral and written communication and computer skills, and shares our vision of excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily internal sales efforts by effectively converting leads to appointments
• Executes the strategic 5 Step Sales Process with all prospects, ensuring you have discovered their story and understand their motivation
• Executes follow up process provided for prospects that are not willing or able to purchase
• Records all traffic logs and or guest cards, telephone calls
• Assists with lease signings and new resident orientations
• Performs marketing and sales functions to reach occupancy goals for the community/portfolio
• Works with executive management team in executing marketing and sales strategies and objectives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years secretarial/administrative experience
• 2-year Sales and/or Customer Service experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Great critical thinking skills
• Professional appearance
• Strong sales skills a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with property management software, i.e., Rent Manager or Salesforce preferred but not required.
