Over the last 63 years, United Built Homes has constructed more than 40,000 quality custom homes throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We are currently seeking a New Home Sales Associate to join our growing team in Tyler, TX.

Responsibilities:

As a New Home Sales Representative you will work with customers to select a house plan and then walk them through the financing and building of their dream home. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a desire to assist customers with the biggest purchase of their life.

• Hourly base pay ($25/HR) plus an incentive package which includes commissions and the opportunity for quarterly and year end production bonuses.

Requirements:

• Education - High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or comparable professional training and experience. Real Estate License is not required.

• Qualifications - Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and diligence in following up with leads. Must be able to work evenings as needed as well as 3 Saturdays a month.

• Work History - 3+ years of sales experience required, prior new home sales experience is a plus.
