Auto Direct Sales is currently expanding and is on the lookout for dedicated and hardworking Call Center Representatives to join our Appointment Setting team. Responsibilities:

• Your main task will be making outbound calls daily to schedule appointments (No Cold Calling).
• You'll also be participating in team and process development sessions.
• Responding promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries using provided scripts and rebuttals.
• Recording and maintaining information from phone calls in the CRM (customer relationship management) software.
• Meeting call metrics and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Organizing your workflow to meet departmental timeframes.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
• Flexibility is required, as you may need to work evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays.

Qualifications:

• We're looking for someone with a prompt and courteous demeanor.
• A positive and hardworking personality is essential.
• Prior sales or call center experience is a plus.
• Having knowledge of customer service principles and practices will be helpful.
• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are necessary.
• If you have car dealership/BDC experience, it's a bonus.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
