We are fast-paced, autonomous and challenging. Heavily incentivized commision only pay. Bonus includes:

• $100,000 Bonus on closing 10 High Value sales
• $25,000 Bonus for meeting both 1st 90 days agressive Sales Goal
• $10,000 Bonus for completing 1st Month Sales Goal

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing product knowledge and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for building up leads from start to finish from referrals, door to door sales, and existing solar leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $200,000.00 - $900,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Comission Only Pay, no base pay: 1 year (Required)
