Customer Service & Sales Consultant for Customized Signs & Graphics

What we offer for the Customer Service & Sales Consultant for Customized Signs & Graphics Position
- Paid training period where you learn our products and processes.
- $22 - $26 base pay per hour to start, plus commission.
Commission is paid based on individual sales placed. Successfully following our standard sales plan, you can expect to earn the equivalent of an additional $3 - $7 per hour in commission after the initial paid training period, for total compensation of $25 - $33+ per hour in the first year.

Qualifications for the Customer Service & Sales Consultant for Customized Signs & Graphics Position
- High school diploma or GED required. College education preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Ability to empathize with customer needs and build relationships in order to earn repeat business.
- Comfortable "thinking on your feet" solving customer needs both over the phone and in person.
- Basic math skills for creating price quotes and measuring/calculating sign sizes.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and strong e-mail communication/typing skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Consultant for Customized Signs & Graphics Position
- Assist customers via phone, e-mail, and in-person, asking questions to help determine the best graphics solutions. Problem-solve as needed.
- Create price quotes.
- Follow up on new marketing leads and referrals.
- Create work orders that include specifications for the items the customer ordered so our production team can build them.
- Review completed products for quality.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, payment processing, ordering materials, phone call follow-ups, etc.
- This role has the opportunity for growth which could include managing our larger accounts, performing site visits, and more.
