Rolex Experience Liason: David Fairclough Jewelers, Toledo Ohio
***3+ years of Rolex/ retail sales experience are mandatory to be considered.
This key role is responsible for all areas related to creating and managing the Rolex experience for the Official Rolex Jeweler and will work to continually improve the in-store, online and follow-up experience for the consumer. Will collaborate with store management and Rolex team to determine resources, programs and expectations to create a dynamic, smooth Rolex customer journey.
- In charge of establishing the hospitality program, brand education, service and formalizing the ORJs target customer experience online and in-store
- Works with management to determine communication expectations (response time expectations online, cadence to follow-up on requests in-store and online)
- Identify resources to integrate into the experience (promotional items, local partnerships with restaurants or other events, greeters or concierges needed to handle traffic and other creative ideas)
- Liaise with Rolex team to roll-out experience initiatives (e-learning, novelty launch, training updates, CRM requests, market data)
- Work with store owner to determine appropriate technologies to elevate the experience (Presentation tablet, Proper WiFi, CRM, Aggregators, etc.)
- Lead and execute events and activities which elevate our luxury brand position
Testing the Experience
- Determine ways to test your client’s experience
o Mystery Shopping initiatives/Survey possibilities/Client feedback
- Focus on improving the journey by identifying areas to enhance engagement and efficiency (sizing, back-office inefficiency, data collection)
- Provide feedback to Rolex team on areas the brand can help improve or provide support
- Study other industry/company “experience” technologies/best practices to keep the lead
- Help educate the Rolex team to track key demographic data and changing trends in order to create new tools and support
· Listening Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge Strong communication & organizations skills required.
· Participate in ongoing training and coaching
· The Edge software knowledge preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
