Business Development Representative in Riverside, CA
Riverside Metro Auto Group is looking for experienced customer service Representative to join the service business development team. The BDC representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing service department calls as well as interact with customers via email and text messaging. This individual will assist with answering customers service related questions and scheduling them for respective service departments.
The ideal candidate has some post-secondary education and have minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive customer service. He or she must be friendly, have excellent customer service and communication skills. This person also must be detail oriented, able to multitask, have strong phone and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and polite manner and assist customer by answering service or parts related questions and scheduling service appointments.
- Perform daily follow up call to confirm next day appointments.
- Review and confirm customer information and update systems.
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls daily.
- Participate in on going product training
- Work efficiently within a team environment.
- Utilize dealer operating system and factory programs to efficiently make appointments.
- Professional appearance a must.
Qualifications:
- Min of 2 years of experience in customer service position handling inbound and outbound calls.
- High level of telephone, computer skills.
- Automotive experience a PLUS.
- Strong customer service skill
- Organization and time management skill required.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Bilingual a PLUS.
