Responsibilities:

• Ensure the store and sales team are fully prepared for store opening, providing exceptional customer service and assistance from the moment our doors open.
• Oversee the store closing process, ensuring accurate reporting of sales numbers and proper handling of cash wrap operations.
• Maintain a consistent schedule for timely deposits, ensuring all financial transactions are handled securely and in compliance with company policies.
• Be available as-needed to support the sales staff in case of illness or unavailability, stepping in to ensure uninterrupted customer service and smooth operations.
• Rally and encourage team members, fostering a positive and motivated sales environment that drives performance and goal achievement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing a sales floor or retail sales environment is highly desirable.
