Mercedes-Benz of Richmond is looking to fill a Sales Consultant position within our busy luxury dealership at our West Broad Street location. This is a fulltime position with earnings over $100k! Responsibilities:

· Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle using a consultative sales approach, listening to responses.

· Be the vehicle expert. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.

· Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/preowned vehicles.

· Able to provide exceptional customer experience to create memorable experiences.

· Follow-up with buyers to ensure repeat/referral business.

· Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

· Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

· Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

· Self-motivated & Detail-orientated.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience.

· Clear and Valid Driver's License.

· Technologically Savvy & Ability to navigate CRM systems effectively.

· Available to work flexible hours & weekends.

· Fantastic communication skills with your customers.

· Professional & Well-groomed personal appearance.

· Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
