Full description of the position

The Sales and Account Manager will sell services offered by T.I.G. Fleet Service to current and new clientele while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or three years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
