Work from Home Customer Service Specialist – Senior Level
As the first voice of our clients, our Customer Service Specialist role is the key ingredient that makes Contractor In Charge a leading support center in the home services industry. Key Responsibilities:
As a successful Senior Level Customer Service Specialist at CIC, you will:

- Reliable Connectivity: Maintain a reliable private internet connection (not a hotspot or wifi) to ensure uninterrupted service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 50+ WPM, along with high level computer skills
- Minimum 3 years call center experience with high call volume
- Minimum 3 years of customer service in home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) or similar industry
- Minimum 1 year inside sales experience
- Previous experience in complex work environments is helpful
- Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software
- Managerial experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- $22- $25/hr. based on experience
