Now Hiring - TYLin - Construction Repair And Maintenance Services Senior Inspector/Force Account Manager in New York, NY

Our Construction Management team is looking for a Force Account Manager to work on a major transit/rail and other infrastructure construction projects located in all Boroughs of New York City. This position will be on-site in the field assisting various project team with minimal assistance from the Project Managers. The Force Account Manager may work or coordinate with other Force Account Manager from TYLI serving the same Client. The hired candidate will assist with all necessary Force Account activities to start, continue, and close-out of construction projects.

• Interfaces with all contractors and project teams of various departments. Participate in weekly job meetings; track outage meetings, flagging meeting, etc.
• Prepares meeting minutes of track outage and support services meetings.
• Process track outage requests, flagging requests, work train requests and access and protection requests and follow up with responsible parties to ensure that services are provided.
• Prepare force account reconciliation reports.
• Perform project walkthrough to access force account needs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or over 25 years of relevant agency experience.
• Experience with NYCT a must.
• Must have working knowledge of the NYCT subway system.
• OSHA 30-hour safety course certification preferred.
