Preferred Requirements:

• Previous retail store experience
• Prefer 18 years or older
• Flexible schedule
• The ability to prioritize & multiple task
• Weekend working hours required
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Strong business knowledge a plus
• Innovative thinking and sound judgment
• Understands the importance of cleanliness
• Strong work ethic
• Able to promote the sale of goods and services
• Can engage with customers under our preferred guidelines
• Able to collect payment for goods
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 40 pounds, able to stand walk for up to four hours
• have reliable transportation
• Have a good understanding of visual merchandising and display
• Able to help effectively stock and prepare the store and maintain goods for selling with accurate pricing
• Honesty and integrity a must, backgrounds done at our discretion

The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on on business needs and your availability. Weekends are required we are open seven days a week with store hours 10am to 5pm and generally work 9am to 6pm. Our employees are a very important asset and therefore offered a reasonable wage with bonus potential and incentives.
