This position is full - time. Employees are required to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM including the flexibility to work possible, occasional overtime and weekends (very minimal) based on business need. We offer on the job training and will train with other sales coordinators.

Our office is located at 495 N KELLER RD, MAITLAND, FL. Employees will be required to work 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience with a Sales Administrative Support role (including reporting and data management, expense management, coordination with sales events and agent engagement sessions, scheduling meetings and taking notes, support with sales administrative activities and managing Microsoft SharePoint)
• Experience with using Microsoft Word (create, edit, format documents), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter spreadsheets and pivot tables), Microsoft PowerPoint (create, edit, format presentations), and Microsoft Teams (scheduling meetings, tracking attendance)
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (Domestic)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience with using Google Documents and Google Drive

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within a commutable distance of Maitland, FL
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
