Full-Time Sales Assistant

Description:
King Plastic Corporation is looking for an assistant to work with our sales team. This position will assist the National Sales Manager and sales team with various administrative tasks and will coordinate projects and activities as requested. This position will also provide order management support to the customer service department.

Responsibilities:

· General administrative tasks (set up and maintain files, organization, correspondence, etc.)

· Data entry

· Run reports

· Produce reports (create spreadsheets with formulas and pivot tables, including Crystal Reports)

· Analyze, interpret, and summarize reports

· Prepare PowerPoint presentations

· Act as a back-up customer service representative responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, quotations, requests for literature/samples, etc.

· Coordinates sales activities with other departments in order to achieve customer satisfaction

· Updates and maintain CRM and manual recordkeeping systems for contacts and leads

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills with an ability to exercise sound judgment, take responsibility for meeting deadlines, and be a skilled problem solver. Candidate will be computer literate (proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with Crystal Reporting, MRP/ERP systems, Access and CRM modules helpful).
