Deck Helmet is seeking an experienced canvassing salesperson to join our growing home remodeling company. Home improvement experience would be great but an experienced manager can learn our system and products quickly.

Deck Helmet has been in business since 1989. Specializing in deck replacement , deck resurfacing and new decks . Canvassers can talk to customers about our many products which makes it easier for them to set leads. Our reputation provides an added selling point, as our offices carry an A+ rating with the BBB.

You will be leading a team of residential canvassers through neighborhoods in Rockville , Gaithersburg, Bethesda and the surrounding areas.

Leadership:

-Manage team of canvassers and team of Leaders

-Provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to ensure high performance and achievement of targets

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations

-Foster a positive and motivating work environment

Responsibilities:

-Develop comprehensive canvassing strategies and tactics to generate qualified leads and expand customer base

-Establish and maintain a regular canvassing schedule, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and implement process improvements

-Ensure accurate and timely recording of prospect information and lead status

-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and facilitate seamless customer journey

-Prepare regular reports on canvassing activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and overall team performance

-Provide insights and recommendations to management for optimizing canvassing strategies and increasing overall sales effectiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
