Job Description:

NES Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our custom Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump systems to new and existing customers, providing technical support and solutions to meet their specific requirements. You will work closely with our sales, engineering and production teams to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, assisting with product selection and application • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners • Collaborate with our engineering and production teams to develop and propose custom solutions to meet customer specifications • Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and bids in response to customer inquiries • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets • Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to management • Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote our products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales of mechanical or chemical products, preferably in the rotating equipment industry (e.g. pumps, vacuum pumps, or centrifugal pumps) • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and chemical engineering principles and practices • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and propose custom solutions to meet customer needs • Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and business objectives
